Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, and are only able to be applied to purchase skincare products when you CANCEL an appointment. Cancellation must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time in order to receive credit for skincare products! Cancellation must be done via email, NO TEXTS! You will receive a special coupon code in the amount of your deposit to purchase products. It is your responsibility to schedule your new appointment via the website. If you cancel twice consecutively you will NOT be able to schedule a future appointment with us!

Rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment in order to transfer your deposit amount to rescheduled appointment (or client must follow cancellation policy above). Client must email us to reschedule with available date/time that is visible & available on the website. NO TEXTS!


A $10 late fee is applied after client is 15 min late. Appointment will be canceled if more than 15 min late. 


As we do understand that life happens, we all have to be held accountable for our commitments.
